My name is Kirsten Hill and I am fortunate to have been a
companion to pets throughout my life. My passion for dogs,
and gratitude for the love they provide, motivated me to search
for the best pet care products for my own “kids”.
I knew they had to be all-natural, yet highly beneficial.
But, I became discouraged and disappointed with the synthetic,
chemical-based ingredients found in most of the soaps and
grooming sprays on the market.
I began researching combining the beneficial properties of
natural essential oils to create everyday pet care products
and created my own essential oil based soaps and skin conditioning
sprays. The enthusiasm that my family and friends showed after
using my products on their “four-legged family members”
extended to a widening circle of pet lovers. Their support,
along with an increasing demand for my products, encouraged
me to launch “It’s All About the Dog” and
“The Spa Collection” product line.
It’s All About The Dog is pleased to offer these therapeutic
products to people who feel as we do about their dogs and
appreciate the endless compassion and friendship they provide
on a daily basis. Because our products are made from only
the most pure, highest grade ingredients, they are suitable
for both people and their pets.
Creating a bond with our dogs is important. We offer our
spa products in the hope that
you will continue to nurture that relationship while maintaining
your dog’s health and well-being.

For Inspiration…
Two wonderful dogs share my life and continue to inspire me
to create and evolve “The Spa Collection” line
of the highest quality, all natural pet care products.
Cheekah is a 140 pound, giant wooly Alaskan Malamute with
attitude. She is independent, silly, bossy, intelligent, moody
and sweet all in one warm, fuzzy package. Cheekah has been
featured in many newspapers, was an extra on the set of a
popular children’s network special and a certified Therapy
Dog. Content in her role as an “only child”, she
was quite surprised when we brought home a seven- week old
Golden Retriever....and even more surprised that he stayed!
The exuberant puppy named Bacchus up-ended Cheekah’s
entire world. Although not much bigger than her head, he began
taking on his big sister from day one. All of a sudden there
was barking (unheard of), playing (like a real dog, what’s
that?) and some behaviors called tolerance and sharing. Bacchus
is happy, wiggly, affectionate and energetic, yet has a “quietness”
about him. He spends a lot of time in his sister’s shadow,
quietly standing by as passers-by (not used to seeing anything
quite like her) shower Cheekah with attention. He doesn’t
seem to mind because he is near the big sister that he adores.
Although so very different, they have become inseparable.
Cheekah the Malamute now barks and plays like a Golden Retriever
- and Bacchus has taken up “woo wooing” (Malamute
speak) and spitting his kibbles on the floor.
